A skill is instructions your AI will follow, written by whoever posted it. Skills aren't checked before they're posted. Read a skill before you use it, and use it at your own risk. You're responsible for what you do with a skill's results.

• Only post skills you wrote or have the right to share.
• Don't post skills meant to cause harm, trick an AI into ignoring its user, collect people's data, or break the law, and don't post spam.
• Don't include anything private. Everything you post is public.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you let Upskill AI show your skill on the site and through the connector, and you let anyone copy and use it.

Anyone signed in can report a skill. Reported skills are hidden while they're reviewed. Skills or accounts that break these terms can be removed without notice.

The Upskill AI connector lets AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT search and read public skills. It's read-only and needs no account. Those apps are run by other companies under their own terms.

The site and connector are free and provided as they are, without any warranty. They may change, break, or shut down at any time. To the extent the law allows, Upskill AI isn't liable for any loss from using the site, the connector, or any skill.
