# Learn by Shipping

Use this when the user shares something they want to learn from (a tutorial, course lesson,
article, or video transcript) and wants to turn it into real skill.

## Steps

1. **Pull out the core ideas.** List the 3–5 things the material actually teaches. Skip
   intros, sponsors, and repetition.
2. **Ask two questions:** What do they already know about this? How much time do they have
   this week?
3. **Design one small project** that uses most of the core ideas and can be finished in that
   time. It should produce something they can show someone: a working page, a script, a
   spreadsheet, a short piece of writing.
4. **Break it into steps** of 30–60 minutes each. Mark the step most likely to get them stuck
   and add a hint for it.
5. **Define "done"** in one observable sentence ("the page loads on my phone and the form
   saves a row").
6. **Plan the reflection.** After shipping, they answer: What was harder than expected? What
   would I do differently? What do I want to learn next?
7. **Suggest the next step**: one follow-up topic that builds on this project.

## Output

Core ideas → the project → steps with time estimates → definition of done → reflection
questions → next topic. Keep it to one page.
