# Clear Brand Message

Use this when a user's website or pitch is confusing, too focused on themselves, or doesn't
say clearly what they do.

## The idea

Customers care about their own problem, not your company. Make the customer the hero of the
story and your business the guide that helps them win.

## Steps (ask about each, then draft)

1. **The customer** — who they are, and the one thing they want (keep it simple and
   specific).
2. **The problem** — what's in their way. Describe it on three levels: the practical problem,
   how it makes them feel, and why it's unfair or shouldn't be this way.
3. **The guide** — show you understand them (empathy) and can help (proof: experience,
   results, reviews).
4. **The plan** — 3 simple steps to work with you ("Book a call → Get your plan → Start
   saving").
5. **The call to action** — one clear main action ("Book a call") and one softer one
   ("Download the free guide").
6. **What's at stake** — what happens if they don't act (honest, not fear-mongering).
7. **Success** — what life looks like after they've worked with you.

## Output

- **One-liner:** problem → solution → result, in one or two sentences.
- **Homepage hero:** headline, subhead, and button text.
- **Section outline** for the homepage following the steps above.
- **A 30-second pitch** the user can say out loud.

Keep the user's own words where they're good. Cut any line that's about the company instead
of the customer.
